Mindful movement through the integration of yoga, breath and meditation

Where:  Upper East Side, location disclosed closer to date

What:  Spring Into Yoga!  A two hour journey beginning with breath work, a slow flow vinyasa, a very long relaxation, ending with meditation.  Take home Ayurvedic tips for keeping your body healthy this spring. Stay afterward for light refreshments and meet other yogis :)

Other Details:  There will be spare mats, but it is suggested to bring your own, along with a large towel.

Lots of modifications and options will be given for beginners and for more advanced students.
