What To Expect In A Yoga Class
1.  Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
2.  Cell phones should be turned for less distraction.
3.  When you enter the yoga studio, allow your mind to be quiet, do gentle warm ups, or lie or sit comfortably on your mat.
4.  Eat 2-3 hours before your class, unless you have a medical condition which requires you to eat.  Try to eat light, if you must eat before class.
5.  Always listen to your body.  Only you know when something doesn't feel good.  If you experience pain in a pose, come out of it, ask the teacher for a modification.
6.  Remember, yoga is a process.  Don't try to force your body to do something that hurts. 
7.  Let go of anticipating, be open to learning something new each time.
