Private Sessions:  One on one sessions available in your home, office or private gym.  Enhance or build your home practice.  Learn how to modify and strengthen for injuries.  Please inquire by phone or email for appointments.

Corporate Classes:  Give your employees a break with yoga!  Well Minded Body will help design classes for all levels of students.  Restorative yoga and mindful based stress reduction techniques taught as well.  Please contact by email or phone for more information.
